Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Understand user requirements and business goals to design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions.
  • Define and execute end-to-end UI/UX design and development strategies for web and mobile applications.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with timely and effective technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Must be able to communicate with programmers.

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve software issues.

Job Requirements
