Responsibilities
- Coordinating between the customer and the IT operation team.
- Provide technical telephone, written, onsite support, and remote sessions.
- Should be able to interact with developers.
- Handling client queries and technical support.
- Database maintenances.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Have to do software installation and provide training to clients.
- Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement.
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
