Responsibilities

• Coordinating between the customer and the IT operation team.
• Provide technical telephone, written, onsite support, and remote sessions.
• Should be able to interact with developers.
• Handling client queries and technical support.
• Database maintenances.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Have to do software installation and provide training to clients.
• Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement.
• Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.

Requirements

• Excellence in communication skills.
• Team management.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Problem-resolution skills.
• Software training will be provided, but it will require good grasping power & explaining skills.
• Ready for an onsite visit.
